Information for the Bridal Party
We are beyond excited to spend this special weekend with you! Here’s everything you need to know as part of the wedding party.
Arrival:
Please plan to arrive on Thursday, February 19th. Upon arrival, head directly to the Old Polo Estate, your home base for the weekend:

We recommend flying into Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) for the most convenient and affordable flights. From there, it’s about a 35-minute Uber to the estate.
Thursday Evening:
We’ll kick off the weekend with a rehearsal dinner on-site, followed by a quick wedding walk-through. Come hungry, relaxed, and ready to settle in. Rehearsal/ dinner will be around 7:00 pm (TBD)
Friday – Wedding Day!
The big moment! The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, right on the estate grounds, with the reception to follow. Dress to impress and prepare for an unforgettable night!
Saturday – Recovery + Pool Party
We'll spend the day soaking up the sun and celebrating with a laid-back pool party on-site. Think floaties, drinks, good music, and good vibes.
Sunday – Departure Day
After an incredible weekend together, we’ll say our goodbyes and send everyone off with full hearts (and probably a hangover).
What to Pack:
Your outfit for the rehearsal dinner – dresses, jumpsuits, or anything you feel good in (no pressure, just polished and fun!)
A swimsuit – trust us, the pool will be calling
Sunscreen and sunglasses – desert sun doesn’t play
Comfy clothes for hanging out throughout the weekend
Clothes for volleyball, pickleball, etc.
A cozy layer or jacket – the desert may be warm during the day, but it cools off at night
